LUBE TECHNICIAN -

What you will do:

The Lube Technician is responsible for safely and properly performing routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on trucks and heavy equipment.  

• Cultivate a positive safety culture at the plant location.  
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.  
• Perform preventative maintenance services such as oil & transmission fluid changes, replacement of light body components and lights & sensors, etc. on trucks and heavy equipment.  
• Creates accurate work orders, including what is needed, why it was done, and parts needed.   
• Keep abreast of industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills.  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.  

Experience & abilities you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 + years of related experience
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safe and efficiently
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
