What You’ll Do: Manage and respond to all online sales leads through CRM and third-party platforms. Coordinate efforts with the showroom sales staff. Help manage the sales customer experience. Maintain high follow-up standards and ensure seamless digital-to-showroom customer experience. Track performance metrics and generate weekly reports for upper management. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in automotive internet sales or BDC (minimum 2 years preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
