Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at Bellingham at Orchard.

What You'll Do
As the SLP, you will treat a geriatric population in a skilled nursing environment, including:
• Dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Cognitive-linguistic therapy
• Speech and language evaluation and treatment
• Patient and family education
• Treatment of medically complex patients
• Participation in discharge planning
• Collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff
Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on patient independence and quality of life.

Requirements
• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Organized, motivated clinician who enjoys working with the geriatric population
Preferred:
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
