PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc.
Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors
