Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

Responsible for the interior design, space planning, construction management, maintenance and operations of all company facilities and grounds, leased and owned. Develops, manages and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals. Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements. Ensures facilities’ compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment. Responsible to maintain and utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system. Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition and suitability for occupancy. Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters. Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility.

 

 Essential Functions:

  • Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks
  • Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information
  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, less complex projects or task-related activities
  • Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized
  • Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review

 

Qualifications

  • To be eligible, candidate's must be pursuing Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Science, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management.
