Job Purpose:Â
The Client Service Representative plays an important part in supporting positive client experiences. In this entry-level role, the representative assists with managing client work orders and helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role provides an opportunity to build strong communication, technology, and customer service skills while contributing to overall client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Document client requested services within the company work order system in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Employ critical thinking skills to effectively detect, investigate, and solve client issues utilizing the work order management system.Â
- After a diagnostic call, track materials and schedule final repairs with assigned vendor partner.
- Obtain estimates from vendors for submission to client.
- Create and negotiate vendor proposals.
- Provide timely and accurate written and oral updates to clients throughout the duration of a work order.Â
- Correspond and update client third-party providers.
- Work to resolve or escalate vendor disputes as needed.Â
- Ensure all required, supporting closing information is obtained and documented in order to guarantee the accurate invoicing of the client.
- Resolve Not to Exceed issues and billing issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude with all clients and vendors and demonstrate a focus on customer service.
- Embrace and share organizational initiatives, company culture, and values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Â
- One (1) year of Facilities Maintenance experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Resourceful and results orientated.
- Team Player.
