About the Role:

Action Termite and Pest Control Inc is looking for a driven and personable Pest Control Sales Associate to join our growing team in Turnersville, NJ. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new residential and commercial pest control customers through door-to-door, referral, and outbound sales efforts
Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest, termite, and rodent issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Present and close pest control service agreements and treatment packages to prospective clients
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and upsells
Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, pest control, or a related service industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to obtain or willingness to pursue NJ pesticide applicator or sales license
Comfortable conducting outdoor inspections in varying weather conditions
Customer-focused attitude with a professional and trustworthy demeanor
