About Lonnie Lischka Company
We build the groundwork for large developments, land restoration, and infrastructure projects that keep communities running. We’ve built a team that looks out for each other and takes pride in doing things the right way. Around here, it’s not just about getting the job done well; it’s about working with good people and creating an environment where effort is noticed, and progress is rewarded.  We work hard to provide for our families because we believe strong families build strong communities.

How You’ll Contribute
We’re on the hunt for an Asset Coordinator who likes keeping things organized and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys checking things off a list and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, you’ll fit right in here.

This role is a mix of admin, coordination, and problem-solving—you’ll be working with equipment records, fleet info, vendors, and internal teams to keep things accurate and up to date. No two days look the same, but that’s part of the fun.

What you’ll be doing
  • Keeping track of equipment records and parts lists so everything stays current
  • Logging safety items like toolbox talks and keeping those records organized
  • Creating and managing work orders from start to finish
  • Running reports to help the team make smart, fast decisions
  • Filing maintenance records and updating info in Equipment Management System
  • Ordering parts, uniforms, safety gear, and whatever else the team needs
  • Handling vehicle registrations, permits, and compliance paperwork so we are always operating by the book
  • Helping pull together TERP submissions and documentation
  • Double-checking tracking systems and GPS info to make sure everything lines up
  • Reviewing camera alerts and fleet activity for safety tracking
  • Matching invoices to jobs or equipment and entering costs correctly
  • Collecting and organizing inspection forms and documents
  • Updating job locations and contact info in tracking tools
You’ll thrive here if you
  • Have a knack for organization and love a good spreadsheet
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
  • Have an eagle eye for detail (seriously, you notice everything).
What we’re looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent (extra admin or operations experience is a bonus)
  • Some experience with fleet, equipment, or maintenance is helpful but not required
  • A solid communicator who can work with office staff, field crews, and vendors to sort out any issues that pop up.
  • Basic knowledge of registrations, permits, or maintenance records is a plus
