The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.Â

Core Functions:Â
- Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualificationÂ
- Drive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointmentsÂ
- Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)Â
- Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customersÂ
- Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing dealsÂ
- Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reportingÂ
- Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitmentÂ

- 1+ years of prior inside sales experienceÂ
