The Dishwasher will assist in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. This role is integral in supporting kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.

Requirements

• Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist with trash removal and cleaning of kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Ensure all dishware is properly stored and ready for use.
• Monitor dish machine operation and report any issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support kitchen staff with prep or cleaning tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
