Field Services Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape:
Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
Installing and servicing property signs
Conducting routine property inspections
Pressure washing
Welding (if qualified)
Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
Managing company tools and credit card with care

Requirements

Requirements:

2 years of experience preferred, but not required
Active driver license and clean driving record
Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary
Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
