Description

Detail of Responsibilities:

路 Perform daily fabric testing (e.g., punch testing) and record results in ERP system (Syteline)

路 Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished goods

路 Review and digitally track loom inspection data and defects

路 Verify job setups and approve production readiness

路 Maintain nonconformance logs and control nonconforming materials

路 Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in compliance with quality standards

路 Perform in-house calibration of inspection tools and maintain calibration records

路 Coordinate external calibrations and support out-of-tolerance investigations

路 Conduct internal audits (workstation, FOD) and issue corrective actions (CARs)

路 Review shipping documentation for accuracy and traceability

路 Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and compile First Article inspection Reports (FAIRs)

路 Verify employee training and maintain compliance records

Requirements

路 High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred

路 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing (aerospace or textiles preferred)

路 Familiarity with AS9100/AS9102 standards is a plus

路 Experience with ERP Systems (Syteline or similar)

路 Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and specifications

路 Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment
