SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Verify all orders being shipped to ensure shipping efficiency.
- Hand loading or palletizing order on trucks efficiently.
- Organizing inbound and outbound trucks to ensure efficient movement of freight.
- Ensure cleanliness and overall organization for the finished goods and shipping areas.
- Proper data entry and completion of customer orders.
- Keep tow motor clean and batteries charged.
- Reach customer and company shipping goals by working overtime as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience.
- High school graduate or GED equivalency required.
- Strong math skills
- Ability to learn and operate computer according to company programs.
- Accuracy to detail
- Good organizational and communicational skills.
- Safe operation of all warehouse equipment including tow motor, computer, calculator, scales, battery chargers, copier, telephone, and plastic wrap machine.
- Follow all standard operating procedures.
- Follow verbal and written instructions as assigned with customer orders.
- Tow motor certification
- Read and use work order pick lists.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted
- Able to withstand changing climates (temperatures range from 85 degrees to -20 degrees)

- Internal: Warehouse, Receiving, Distribution, Department Managers, Supervisors, Plant Management, other Warehouse associates
- External: Outbound/Inbound freight appointments as assigned, Vendors as assigned
