TheĀ Commercialization ManagerĀ leads the transition of new products and packaging changes from development into successful operational execution source. Ā Oversight and tracking of all Commercialization projects from business approval through execution at both Kerry internal sites and third-party manufacturers The preference is for this individual to be based in Beloit, WI.

Key responsibilities
Ā
ā¢āāEnsuring commercialization teams are meeting project milestones, KPIās and global SLAās
ā¢āāMaintaining an understanding of project complexity and assigning commercialization management resources appropriately
ā¢āāEnsuring all NPI projects are populated with a likely tentative plant and engaging cross functional team - Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Engineering etc. for validation based on opportunity parameters and customer requirements
ā¢āāProviding leadership to direct reporting commercialization specialists/managers and coaching on project management best practices and improvement
ā¢āāManage risk assessment and contingency planning, communicate risk and action plans to stakeholders, and own execution of action plans
ā¢āāChallenging teams to quickly and efficiently reach full commercialization with minimal waste (raw materials, packaging) high margin and low risk objectives.
ā¢āāContributing to the development and maintenance of procedures and guidelines that facilitate efficient product scale up and launch as well as communication methods and training tools to support employees involved in product commercialization
ā¢āāContinuously looking for ways to improve project management and processes connected to the commercialization process
ā¢āāCompleting business review of opportunities post execution to identify whether opportunities met revenue, volume, growth, and quality expectations as identified in the opportunity at project onset
ā¢āāDeveloping strong working relationships with all business functions that are involved in commercialization.
Qualifications and skills
ā¢āāBachelorās degree in any relevant field, preferably with a science/business/technical background
ā¢āāThree plus years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
ā¢āāStrong leadership, diplomatic, motivational, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate, develop, manage and implement process management plans.
ā¢āāProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
ā¢āāHigh level of corporate maturity with ability to interact, influence and align peers and senior leaders
ā¢āāAbility to lead cross-functional groups while managing their own agenda in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢āāAbility to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events and demonstrates persistence to overcome obstacles
ā¢āāFood product knowledge and food manufacturing processes inclusive of planning, supply chain, operations, engineering systems, QA systems and financial reporting and analysis a plus.
ā¢āāSystem understanding in SAP, Salesforce, Stagegate, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
ā¢āāAPICS CPIM or PMP certification a plus

Ā
The typical base salary hiring range for this role is $107,000 to $144,800 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
