Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Fair Oaks Rehab & Healthcare Ctr - South Beloit, IL

Pay: up to $110,000 per year (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
