• Beds in Department/Unit: 8-bed Cardiac ICU
• EMR System: Cerner
• Specialty Backup: Access to CT Surgery and Pulmonology services
• Support Staff: Dedicated cardiology team, nurses, and technical staff
• Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital-employed, physician-led multispecialty group (100+ physicians)
• Reason for Opening: Replacement of departing physician
CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: Board Certification required within 5 years of residency/fellowship
• DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: BC/BE in Cardiology with Interventional training
• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Additional Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care
• Perform cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Manage patients in clinic, cath lab, and inpatient settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
