Job DetailsJob Location: Beloit, WI 53511Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: MidThe Manufacturing Assembly Technician supports production operations by preparing, assembling, and modifying door products to customer specifications. This position is responsible for interpreting production documents, operating fabrication tools and equipment, transporting materials throughout the facility, and performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Overtime may be required based on production demands. Key Responsibilities Review production orders and specifications to determine required materials and assembly processes. Gather, stage, and modify door slabs, components, and hardware for production. Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, routers, and nailers, to fabricate and assemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products. Transport materials and completed products between production areas safely and efficiently. Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards. Assist with general housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and additional production support tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.   Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   Requirements Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand and move throughout the duration of the shift.
