This role involves fabricating and assembling fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products while maintaining quality standards, operational efficiency, and workplace safety throughout the manufacturing process. Success in this role requires attention to detail, safe material handling, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Read work orders to determine door specifications and required modifications for each order. Locate and pull the correct door slabs and components for production and assembly. Modify and fabricate fiberglass, aluminum, and wood doors using hand and power tools. Move doors and materials between production stations, including handling products weighing up to 75 pounds. Inspect work for defects, production errors, and quality concerns while performing corrective actions as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while performing light maintenance tasks and supporting daily production operations. Complete additional duties as assigned to support efficient workflow and operational consistency. QualificationsQualifications: Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations-oriented environment preferred.
