Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this individual will coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, including Continuous Improvement Projects andĀ High PerformanceĀ Organization (HPO) initiatives. Additionally, this roleĀ is responsible forĀ ensuring safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organizational capability/employee morale. The individual willĀ lead inĀ a High-Performance Organization to execute strategies aligned with the department across all three shifts.Ā

What You Bring to the Table.... (Must-Have)
ā¢High school diploma/GEDĀ required, with 1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degreeĀ requiredĀ Ā
It Would Be Great If You Have.... (Nice-to-Have)
ā¢2+ years of operations leadership experience (Operations Supervisor, Operations Team Lead, Sr Operations level role) within a manufacturing environmentĀ Ā
ā¢Ā ExpertiseĀ in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.Ā
⢠Cross functional operations experience with a strong understanding of various plant functionsĀ
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is betweenĀ
$59,400-$85,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
