Description:Â The Manufacturing Technician will operate, monitor, and maintain specialized extraction and processing equipment used to convert raw hemp biomass into refined CBD products. This role requires attention to detail, consistent adherence to process specifications, and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor ethanol-based extraction, filtration, and distillation systems.
Adjust and regulate processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure consistent yields and purity.
Record production data and quality metrics throughout each batch.
Clean, maintain, and inspect machinery according to SOPs.
Handle and move bulk hemp biomass and solvent materials safely.
Support packaging, labeling, and sample testing processes as needed.
Collaborate with lab technicians to verify quality control (COA, yield efficiency, solvent recovery).
Adhere to OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards at all times.
Experience Needed:Â Manufacturing and working with/operating manufacturing machinery.Â
