We’re looking for a driven Labor Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your Mission?
As the Labor Development Specialist, you'll be the face of our labor force development initiatives. You'll help design and implement training programs, offer coaching and mentorship, and create strategies that empower our employees to reach new heights in their careers. You'll play a pivotal role in the growth and success of both individuals and the company as a whole.
What You’ll Be Doing (And Rocking Every Minute of It):
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' skills and productivity across various departments.
- Collaborate with management and leadership to identify skills gaps and design targeted development strategies.
- Provide coaching and support to employees, guiding them through career growth, skill development, and performance improvement.
- Â Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine them to meet evolving needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, motivating employees to pursue new skills and take ownership of their development.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they’re equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for success.
- Track the progress of employees' development and contribute to performance reviews and career progression plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in labor development, training, or coaching roles—preferably in a manufacturing or operational setting.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching techniques, and skill development strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs that boost employee performance and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple development initiatives simultaneously.
