Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems.
- Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project.
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
- Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, and able to communicate and troubleshoot over the phone with the Operations manager.
- Utilizes experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service needs.
- Advises owner of residence and Manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
- Works in a team environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage and take lead of the installation and crew while on the job.
- Must be able to carry out direction with little to no supervision and strong attention to detail.
- Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of commercial Plumbing/HVAC systems.
- Understand written and verbal instructions.

- Ability to interact with multiple personality types while ensuring positive outcome.
- Maintain clean uniform and appearance. Wear company badge on job/property sites.
- Use company’s TechAnywhere app.
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety rules. Must have OSHA10 training.
- Participate in company’s on-call schedule and have flexibility to work overtime, and weekends, as required.
- Ability to follow company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy (pre-employment drug screening and random drug screening participation is required).
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
