About the Family
We are a warm, active, and welcoming blended family seeking an experienced House Manager & Family Assistant to become a trusted long-term partner in supporting our home and family life. Our household includes two young children (ages 4 and 6), with two older children (ages 12 and 16) and we also have two friendly Golden Retrievers who are very much part of the family.
Both parents work full-time in demanding professional roles, with frequent domestic and international travel throughout the year. While we have a wonderful full-time nanny, we are looking for someone who can naturally take ownership of the home, anticipate needs before they arise, and create calm through organization, thoughtful planning, and exceptional follow-through as a trusted long term partner and extension of our family.
Who You Are
You are a highly organized, proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail and strong executive functioning skills. You naturally notice what needs to be done without being asked, enjoy creating systems that last, and take ownership from beginning to end.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, are equally comfortable supporting day-to-day household operations as you are coordinating larger projects, and approach every task with professionalism, warmth, and discretion. You understand that no task is beneath you when it contributes to creating ease for the family.
You enjoy creating calm, anticipating needs, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. You are resourceful, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy supporting a busy household in both the big picture and the everyday details.
We are looking for someone seeking a long-term home where they can truly make an impact. The right person is calm under pressure, highly dependable, naturally resourceful, and takes pride in creating systems that help a busy family thrive. You notice the little things, follow through consistently, and genuinely enjoy creating ease for others. A zest for efficiency and supporting families in a private home environment
