We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Restorative Aide to join our care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by supporting their recovery and maintaining their functional independence. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and grooming

- Assist residents with patient specific restorative programs to promote residents’ independence and well-being

- Monitor and document residents’ progress and report any changes.

- Support residents in participating in therapeutic exercises and activities

- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in long-term care or restorative care preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols

- Flexibility to work every other weekend
