Warehouse Coordinator, Global Forwarding

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity

• Tracking customer interactions, feedback, and concerns, and documenting them accurately

• Coordinating with team members and partners to keep shipments on track

• Following established procedures and company guidelines to maintain quality and compliance

• Supporting issue resolution and updating customers along the way

• Meeting key performance goals (KPIs) set by the team

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies or damage.

• Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring accurate inventory levels and

  proper documentation.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer

  specifications.

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Safely operated warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing trash, and maintaining equipment.

• Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years relevant work experience; warehouse environment a plus

• Ability to stay organized and focused, even while juggling multiple tasks

• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel and other basic computer systems

• Effective communicator with a positive, solution-focused attitude

• Willingness to learn and contribute both independently and as part of a team

• Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm in fast-paced situations

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a post-offer background check. In addition, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), as required by the role. 

COMPENSATION

Base Pay Range: $22.00 -$26.00 per hour.

We consider a variety of factors in determining base salary, including but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity and geography.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position is in an indoor, office environment, requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors verbally and in writing, sit for periods of time, operate typical office equipment which requires seeing and the use of a keyboard.
