Work Schedule: 

Per Diem, 2 to 3 days per week working 7:00am to 3:30pm with rotating weekends. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Hospital 1625 S. State St. 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
  • Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
