Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Land Surveyor for their Bemidji office!

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to land survey team
Meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects
Assist with business/client development and completion of proposals
Provide direct supervision, schedule staff and quality control
Follow site safety regulations

Requirements:

5+ years of land surveying experience
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
Strong knowledge of boundary law, construction surveying, and local land use regulations
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Leica or Topcon workflows
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships

Salary is commensurate with experience.
