We are seeking experienced, factory-trained (or factory-trainable) Bumper-to-Bumper Service Technicians who take pride in high-quality work and thrive in a flat-rate environment. If you are efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strong productivity across diverse repairs, we want you on our team!
Position Highlights:
- Flat Rate Pay up to $50 per hour for qualified, high-efficiency      technicians
- Efficiency bonus plans available.Â
- Diverse and steady work mix: Warranty, Customer Pay, and Internal (used car reconditioning)

Responsibilities:
- Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
- Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
