Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the booking process
- Research travel options and present suitable recommendations based on client preferences
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Stay up to date with supplier offerings, policies, and travel updates
- Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
