As a Calibration & Maintenance Supervisor on our Night Shift, you will help ensure that critical equipment and systems operate reliably to support safe and compliant manufacturing. You will lead a skilled team, guide maintenance execution, and contribute to the success of our Bend site.Â

What you will do:Â
- Lead night‑shift maintenance activities to support safe, reliable and compliant operationsÂ
- Supervise maintenance technicians and guide daily work executionÂ
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtimeÂ
- Support GMP compliance through accurate documentation and equipment careÂ
- Partner with Operations to support changeovers, startups and shutdownsÂ
- Prioritize work based on schedules, equipment needs and safety impactÂ
- Communicate equipment status, risks and follow‑up actions across shiftsÂ
Â
What we are looking for:Â
- High School Diploma/GEDÂ required; technical degree preferredÂ
- Experience in maintenance within a regulated or manufacturing environmentÂ
- Ability to work night shifts, with some weekends and holidaysÂ
- Strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of mechanical systemsÂ
- Experience leading or mentoring maintenance personnel is helpfulÂ
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as a CMMS is a plusÂ
- Commitment to safety, quality and effective team collaborationÂ
