Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Oregon

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits

We’re looking for an Oregon-licensed LMFT to provide therapy services through telehealth. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families work through relationship challenges, emotional concerns, and major life transitions. You’ll work directly with clients, provide therapy based on their needs, and help them navigate challenges through personalized treatment and ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify client needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using appropriate clinical approaches
  • Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and navigate life changes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records
  • Participate in professional development and clinical support opportunities
  • Follow ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and Oregon licensing guidelines
  • Use secure technology and telehealth tools to support effective care delivery
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
  • Active Oregon LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Strong assessment, communication, and treatment-planning skills
