Line Cook Full-Time

• Starting wage $21.82 - $24.27 per hour depending on experience!

As a Line Cook, your talents and dedication to our residents dining needs impact their daily lives. You will be part of the team responsible for getting to know a community of wonderful people, and helping to ensure that we always maintain the Gold Standard in all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation. The ideal candidate will:

• Bring a minimum of one year of experience working as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Have a good understanding of reading and preparing recipes
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods
• Work well in a team environment (No Gordon Ramsay kitchen here!)
• Be willing to learn and grow in your craft!
• The ability to remain patient and display tactful and kind composure through tough situations
• Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
