Medication Technician Swing

We are looking for our next amazing, compassionate Medication Technician to join forces with our wonderful team!

Minimum starting wage $22.48 per hour, depending on experience and after being signed off, with the opportunity for increases and growth! Shift differentials of $1-$2 offered too, which helps to increase your hourly wage!

Our current scheduling needs are:

• Full-time Swing shift, Tuesday through Saturday (1:45pm-10:30pm)

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values, as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to lead a team of caregivers and provide support and guidance
• The ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English 
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.
