The ideal candidate:
- Be positive and team driven
- Have a minimum of 1 year kitchen prep and food production experience
- Have basic knife skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Has a sense of urgency
- Will read and follow recipes
- Knows how to portion ingredients
- Can perform basic kitchen math
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical maneuvers such as kneeling, squatting and using step stools
- Will communicate clearly with team members and management
- Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
