We're looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing construction team in Bend, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and has experience in residential and/or commercial construction. Responsibilities- Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and install doors and windows
- Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements
- Build and install blocking, backing, stairs, and miscellaneous framing
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Work collaboratively with superintendents, foremen, and other trades
- 3+ years of carpentry experience
- Experience with finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient with common carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must provide basic hand tools
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus
