Job Summary
Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team. This role is responsible for managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and company culture while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company growth
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Maintain HR systems, reporting, and key performance metrics
  • Process employee separations and terminations in compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate OSHA compliance, harassment training, and workplace violence prevention training
  • Hold department managers accountable to company policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Support organizational planning and continuous process improvement

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools
  • Experience in the construction, home improvement, or skilled trades industry is a plus
