Technicians are responsible for repairing and servicing sliding doors and other door systems in residential homes and commercial properties. No prior experience is required — we provide full hands-on training.

What You’ll Do:

Repair and service sliding doors, windows, and related systems
Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers
Provide excellent customer service during in-home visits
Manage daily service calls independently

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Basic sales ability (recommended solutions to customers)
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

Compensation:

Commission-based pay
Most entry-level technicians earn $1,500 – $3,500 per week
Higher earning potential based on performance and experience
