The Physical Therapist Assistant screens, treats patients/residents, documents services and communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members while facilitating optimization of patient/resident mobility and activities of daily living.

USD $42.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.Wage Commensuration
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides professional Physical Therapy services.
- Completes documentation accurately and timely.
- Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.works efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly.
- Maintains adequate and up to date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services and setting specific clinical and regulatory practices.
- Complies with facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Must have one year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred)
- Must have current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in facility-specific state
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.
- Reliable transportation required
