JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain, support, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, high-performance connectivity across all locationsÂ
- Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systemsÂ
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot outages, latency, and connectivity issuesÂ
- Administer network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and compliance with internal/external standardsÂ
- Manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks; apply updates, patches, and system upgradesÂ
- Collaborate with Sr. Network Administrator and cross-functional IT teams; support documentation, disaster recovery, and telephony systemsÂ
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit standardsÂ
- Participate in telephony troubleshooting and upgradesÂ
- Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needsÂ

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- 3–5+ years of network administration experience (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst)Â
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2, Layer 3, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SD Wan, routing, and switchingÂ
- Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco)Â
- Familiarity with network monitoring and security tools (SolarWinds)Â
- Cisco Telephony experience is a plusÂ
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability skills in fast-paced environments with changing business needs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesÂ
- Demonstrated ability to learn continuously, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment with integrity and customer-focused mindset
