Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Evening Men’s Locker Room Attendant to oversee the cleanliness, safety, and overall environment of our men’s locker room during peak evening hours. This position is critical to maintaining club standards and ensuring members feel comfortable and respected in the space. This is a Part Time role with the expectation of around 25 hours per week, occurring Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The compensation will entail a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain continuous cleanliness of locker room, restrooms, and dry sauna
Monitor locker room activity to ensure policies and age guidelines are followed
Enforce sauna rules and safety policies
Address inappropriate behavior immediately and professionally
Report issues directly to the Manager on Duty
Restock locker room supplies as needed
Complete hourly locker room walk-through logs
Report maintenance concerns promptly
Maintain a visible and professional presence at the locker room entrance

Prior experience in health clubs, hospitality, security, or facilities preferred
