JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead, develop, and coach the Product Support Sales team to grow parts, service, CSA/CVA, rebuild, repair, and other Product Support opportunities across existing and prospective customers. 
  • Establish and execute annual sales objectives and growth strategies to achieve revenue, market penetration, and profitability goals through effective territory, account, and opportunity management. 
  • Drive Product Support growth by expanding sales of rebuilds, engines, hydraulics, drivetrain, undercarriage, G.E.T., CSA/CVA, and other value-added service solutions. 
  • Implement Value-Based Selling (VBS) practices and strengthen team performance through coaching, professional development, and performance management. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers, Caterpillar representatives, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, resolve issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Monitor departmental performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness while leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting evolving business needs through special projects and additional responsibilities.


RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and industry experience considered. 
  • 5 years’ sales or sales management experience. Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Proven success driving parts and service sales growth or equivalent industry experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing customer relationships and supporting strategic growth initiatives. 
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
