About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating production, managing install timelines, handling material logistics, and maintaining clear communication between sales, administration, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage installation schedules and workflows
- Coordinate material deliveries, returns, and corrections
- Identify and sell job upgrades when appropriate
- Communicate with Sales, Admin, and Customers throughout the project
- Ensure all jobs meet company quality and safety standards
- Resolve job-site issues and escalations efficiently
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Construction or project management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety and quality control standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $50,000
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday with occasional field hours
