Special Education Teacher - 3rd/4th Grade (Math) - Full-Time


EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher - 3rd/4th Grade (Math) to support students in Bensalem, Bensalem Township, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. We have full-time opportunities available with elementary grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized math instruction to 3rd and 4th grade students with IEPs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 
  • Adapt math curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs. 
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion and student success. 
  • Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. 
  • Use evidence-based interventions to improve math skills and academic achievement. 
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. 
  • Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members. 
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field 
  • Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification (PK-8, PK-12, or appropriate grade-level certification) 
  • Minimum one year of experience in a Special Education classroom.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
