Location: Benson, Minnesota
Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift opening | 10 hour shifts, Monday - Thursday

What You Will Do:

The Product Inspector/Finisher is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing manufactured plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role is critical in ensuring only high-quality products are shipped to customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inspect molded products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using hand and power tools
  • Assemble and add accessory components as required
  • Perform final inspection and testing of completed products
  • Package and label products for shipment
  • Identify, document, and report defective products; perform rework as needed
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Read and follow product specifications and work instructions
  • Assist team members and rotate workstations as needed


What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic mechanical ability or interest in working with tools
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
