Hours: Full-Time | 1^st or 2^nd Shift

What You Will Do:

The Product Inspector/Finisher is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing manufactured plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role is critical in ensuring only high-quality products are shipped to customers

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect molded products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using hand and power tools
• Assemble and add accessory components as required
• Perform final inspection and testing of completed products
• Package and label products for shipment
• Identify, document, and report defective products; perform rework as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Read and follow product specifications and work instructions
• Assist team members and rotate workstations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to use tools, machinery, and basic computer systems
• Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain reliable attendance
• Manufacturing experience a plus!
