Qualifications and Experience:

Literacy skills and numeracy proficiency in local language.

 

Professional abilities: 

  • Communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills, good understanding of field-related tasks, great deal with dexterity, rigor, adaptation abilities, sense of awareness about safety rules, teamwork skills. 

 

2 -     MAIN MISSIONS

The operator undertakes the manufacturing and/or packaging of parts in accordance with production quality and output requirements, while respecting the current operating instructions and the management’s instructions. 

 

Delivery Process

  • Responsible for the quality of parts by drawing upon self-inspection in particular, in accordance with the associated operating instructions;
  • Maintain the appropriate production pace in order to ensure on-time delivery of required parts; 
  • Must report any defect or non conformity detected in raw materials, parts and production tool, in accordance with current procedures or operating instructions; 
  • Ensure product traceability;
  • May be required to undertake certain tasks that are relevant to production (for instance, sorting operations, lines supply, inventory…) according to the management’s instructions; 
  • Ensure personal and colleagues’ safety; 
  • Maintain her/his workstation clean and tidy;
  • May have to contribute in the induction of a new member at her/his workstation;
  • Abide by the Group’s procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
