Wage Range:Â $16 - $22 / Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (OT as required)

Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Willingness to comply with company procedures and policies
- Proficient with standard gages and equipment, mechanically inclined
- Must be willing to learn and be coachable
- Experience in using ERP (PLEX) software and other relevant tools
