Schedule:

Full Time: 5:00am – 1:30pm, Monday – Friday and overtime as needed

 

Position Summary: 

LECO’s Ceramic facility, located in Benton Harbor, is looking for a Ceramics Machine Operator.  This is a first shift position. This individual will operate machines to produce ceramic shapes. 

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in operation of machine 
  • Inspect parts that they manufacture
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or group leader
  • Approve records indicated by process or record
  • Clean area of responsibility

 

Position Requirements: 

  • Must be able to read Blueprints
  • Able to use precision measuring tools
  • Able to follow departmental procedures

 

Education/Certifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
