Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7 days a week; schedule may vary based on business needs

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. Production Associates will help prepare, assemble, inspect, and package manufactured products while meeting quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and package manufactured products
• Operate production equipment and machinery as trained
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production instructions and established procedures
• Meet daily production and output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report quality or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work the required schedule

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday–Sunday operation; 7-day schedule
