Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• STNA Certificate
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
